Remembering Oscar Peterson (Originally aired 08/14/2016). This program was produced by host Richard Hadlock when the great pianist, Oscar Peterson died on December 23, 2007. In this hour you will hear Oscar Peterson, who was born August 15,1925 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, from his earliest recordings in 1945 to his numerous sessions for producer, Norman Granz (who discovered him).
