The mission of KCSM TV is to deliver adult distance education and unique programming desired by the Bay Area, based on a philosophy of promoting free inquiry. We are committed to creating an interactive community for our viewers to explore online, and will soon be adding multimedia elements and other content to enhance our participation in the educational goals of our viewers.
