    Mitchell Feldman (2017)

Of Mitchell Feldman, saxophonist and NEA Jazz Master Charles Lloyd offers the following ringing endorsement. "Mitchell ... has a unique place in the world of music—he has ears for great music, a gift with words, is a joyous communicator and, on top of that, he knows how to cook!"

Mitchell has spent nearly four decades in music and arts, entertainment and marketing. Incongruous though it might sound, he's one of the best at marketing art.

He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Cultural Anthropology, and then finished graduate school at the University of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism. While at UGA he was the first to present Great Black Music below the Mason-Dixon Line, by producing the Southeastern debut of The Art Ensemble of Chicago in Athens, GA in April 1979.

Prior to forming his own company, MFA, Mitchell spent two decades in Atlanta and New York City in arts and entertainment and as a published journalist, jazz radio program host, and producer.

Mitchell is a cosmopolitan guy, having spent almost a decade in various European locations in Germany and Italy. And now he's pleased to call the Bay Area home.
