Vocalist Robin Gregory divided her formative years between Washington, DC, and Atlantic City, New Jersey, during a fertile period of musical innovation, and cross-pollination of Jazz, R&B and Blues. Attending Howard University, she was Homecoming Queen in 1966, at the very time when the Civil Rights movement was giving way to the Black Power movement.

Robin loves the Great American Songbook, and she interprets it with her warm honey sound, influenced by, among others, Gloria Lynne, Dakota Staton, Billie Holiday, and Little Jimmy Scott.

Long resident in the San Francisco Bay Area, Robin is a local treasure who has performed at festivals and in clubs all around Northern California.
